About the role

We are seeking a qualified Full Stack Developer. This role is responsible for performing the essential functions listed below and requires the skills and experience described.

Minimum qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript with significant experience building production-grade SPAs.
Strong understanding of SPA architecture patterns, including:
Component-based architecture
Client-side routing
Code splitting
Lazy loading
Hands-on experience implementing MQTT protocol over WebSockets for real-time, bidirectional communication.
Strong experience with state-management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent.
Expertise in Java-based service development with strong hands-on experience.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework, including security.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with modern front-end development tooling, including Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest, and React Testing Library.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Strong understanding of software development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience serving as a technical lead or senior technical contributor on full-stack development projects.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
Experience with cloud-based applications and modern DevOps practices.
Experience troubleshooting production applications and supporting software releases.

Job responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end and back-end technologies.
Build production-ready user interfaces using React and TypeScript, with a focus on responsive design and optimal user experience.
Design and implement scalable Single Page Application (SPA) architectures.
Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot/Spring Framework.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and server-side business logic.
Design, implement, and maintain databases and data-layer components.
Implement real-time, bidirectional communication using MQTT over WebSockets.
Work with state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to issue resolution and system reliability.
Participate in code reviews and follow established Git, CI/CD, and software development practices.
Provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions.
Support project planning, technical delivery, releases, and ongoing application maintenance.

Compensation:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
