Full Stack Engineer

Full-time · 2–4+ years · Relocation to Dubai required· Top-of-market base + equity

About the Role

We’re hiring a software developer who is comfortable going wherever the problem is.

You’ll work across product, infrastructure, internal tooling, AI systems, and customerfacing applications, helping the team move quickly where engineering capacity is needed.

This is a broad role. You won’t be limited to one codebase or layer of the stack. You might

build a product feature, improve an internal tool, debug a production issue, integrate a

third-party service, or help another engineer ship.

You’ll work closely with the founders and engineering team, learn unfamiliar systems

quickly, and take ownership of problems that don’t clearly belong to anyone else.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech / M.Tech /

MS preferred).

2–4+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of shipping

production software.

Strong programming fundamentals: Solid understanding of data structures, APIs,

databases, networking, concurrency, and software architecture.

Full-stack development: Comfortable working across frontend and backend. Experience

with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, or similar technologies is preferred.

Backend & APIs: Experience building or integrating REST APIs and working with backend

frameworks such as Nest.js, Express, FastAPI, Django, Spring, or similar.

Databases: Comfortable working with SQL databases and understanding schemas,

queries, relationships, and migrations. Familiarity with Redis or other data stores is a plus.

Frontend: Able to build and modify production web interfaces and work comfortably with

modern frontend frameworks.

Infrastructure: Comfortable with Docker, Git, CI/CD, environment configuration, and

basic cloud infrastructure.

Debugging: Strong debugging skills. You should be comfortable tracing a problem across

services, logs, APIs, databases, and third-party dependencies.

Learning ability: You can pick up an unfamiliar codebase, framework, library, or system

quickly and become productive without requiring extensive hand-holding.

Strong Plus / Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue 3, Nuxt 3, Nest.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM APIs.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

• Experience with queues, background jobs, WebSockets, or event-driven systems.

• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and production debugging.

• Experience working with third-party APIs and unfamiliar SDKs.

• Experience building internal tools, automation, scripts, or developer tooling.

• Open-source contributions or meaningful side projects.

• Experience working at an early-stage startup or in a small engineering team.
