What You’ll Do

* Build and own production software across frontend and backend

* Design APIs, services, databases, and internal tools

* Build systems for secure data ingestion, preparation, and ML workflows

* Take products from concept through deployment and production

* Build intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows

* Rapidly prototype and turn successful prototypes into production systems

* Improve internal tooling and automation

* Own performance, scalability, observability, and reliability

* Maintain strong security standards across the application stack

* Work directly with the founding team

Strong competency in Security

* Authentication and authorization

* Role-based access controls

* Secure API design

* Encryption and sensitive-data handling

* Secrets and credential management

* Secure software development

* Dependency and vulnerability management

* Logging, monitoring, and auditability

* Secure cloud and infrastructure configurations

Experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, healthcare, biotech, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
