This role focuses on building scalable, secure platforms while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.

frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure

, contributing to architecture decisions and continuous improvements.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly

  web applications

• Build engaging

  front-end experiences using React

  and modern web technologies.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using

  C# and .NET Core

  .

• Design and integrate

  RESTful APIs and third-party services

  .

• Ensure

  security and privacy of healthcare data

  by applying industry best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and help scale systems to support large user bases.

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

• 90%+ English proficiency (B2+ or higher) with strong communication skills.

• 6+ years of professional experience as a

  Full-Stack Engineer

  .

• Strong backend development experience with

  C# and .NET

  .

• Strong frontend development experience with

  React

  .

• Solid knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

  .

• Experience working with

  Azure cloud services

  .

• Experience building

  SaaS or cloud-native applications

  .

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong understanding of how systems interact within distributed environments.

• Experience working with

  mobile or health device data

  .

• Experience designing

  scalable and resilient architectures

  .

• Familiarity with

  multi-tenant systems

  .

• Experience with

  PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation tools

  .

• Experience handling

  sensitive or regulated data (HIPAA or similar)

  .
