Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Java, JavaScript, React, Express, and other modern frameworks to deliver engaging user interfaces and reliable backend services.
Design system architectures that are scalable, secure, and efficient by applying best practices in system design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement solutions following Agile software development principles.
Integrate applications with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Azure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable code using version control systems like GitHub or SVN; implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for streamlined releases.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery; optimize database interactions with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Stay current with emerging technologies such as quantum engineering concepts or new programming languages like Python or C++, applying relevant innovations to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on web development using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Extensive knowledge of Java programming language along with experience in Java-based application development.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components including Linux environments, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and network security principles like RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, design patterns, scalability best practices, and system design for large-scale systems.
Hands-on experience with version control tools such as GitHub or SVN; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL or SQL Server; ability to write optimized SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
Strong grasp of Agile software development methodologies; ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams following Scrum or Kanban processes.
Additional skills such as Python programming, C/C++ proficiency, VBA scripting, or experience with application security protocols like RBAC will be considered advantageous.

Pay: $107,017.09 - $128,880.80 per year
