Full Stack Lead Engineer- Backend Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Full Stack Lead with a strong Backend Engineering focus to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system design, architecture, and backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

  .

• Design distributed, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka

  .

• Own REST API design, enterprise integrations, and application data flows.

• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Lead engineering teams and drive technical delivery through production.

• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and frontend/mobile teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

  .

• Deep experience in System Design, Software Architecture, and Distributed Systems

  .

• Hands-on Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture experience.

• Strong REST APIs and enterprise integrations

  .

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

  .

• Proven technical leadership with continued hands-on development experience.

Important:

This is not a pure Architect or Engineering Manager role. We need a hands-on technical lead who can design, code, guide engineers, and own end-to-end delivery.
