About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Angular, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving skills and experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain rich UI web applications.
Develop scalable applications using .NET, C#, WebAPI, and web services.
Build and enhance applications using Angular 8+.
Apply TDD and unit testing practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
Work with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Identify project risks and support mitigation planning.
Prioritize and delegate technical tasks while maintaining quality and timelines.
Contribute to design, architecture, and technical problem-solving activities.
Utilize modern development tools and AI-assisted development practices where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
6–10 years of web application development experience.
Strong experience with:
Angular 8+
HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
C#, .NET, WebAPI, Web Services
Jasmine and Karma
JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket
Strong understanding of TDD and unit testing.
Experience with Agile development and SDLC.
Strong design thinking and technical problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microservices and Micro UI.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Pivotal.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Experience leading teams of approximately 6–10 resources.
Strong risk management, prioritization, delegation, and communication skills.
