POSITION SUMMARY

Come Near is building a personalized digital engagement platform to help neighbors take one step closer to Jesus. We're hiring a Full-Stack Product Manager to own pillars/pods end-to-end — someone equally comfortable setting strategy, writing a spec, sketching the UX, and shipping alongside engineering using modern AI-assisted tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own 1–2 pillars/pods end-to-end, from strategy through shipped, measured outcomes
Write product specs (problem, hypothesis, scope, acceptance criteria, evals, success metrics) using the team's standard template
Prototype UX directly; ship with AI-assisted dev tools like Claude Code, working hands-on with engineering rather than only through tickets
Define evals for AI-driven features — behavior contract, golden set, rubric, ship threshold
Partner with Applied AI and Engineering on personalization and delivery within owned pods
Maintain a clear, prioritized backlog for owned pods and communicate progress to the VP of Product

COMPETENCIES, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

4–7 years in product management, ideally with digital experience, CRO, or personalization exposure
Demonstrated track record tying product decisions to measurable business or engagement outcomes
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code); comfortable working close to the codebase, not required to be an engineer
Comfortable writing specs and AI evals, not just PRDs
Design/UX fluency sufficient to prototype without a dedicated designer
Comfortable working without a large team; a builder and self-starter

Fully remote; async-fluent and self-directed
