We are looking for a developer with strong front-end and back-end development skills, database management experience, and practical knowledge of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking ownership of the project from initial planning and system architecture through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop a bespoke Dealer Management System tailored to our business requirements.

  • Build an intuitive user interface for uploading, viewing, organising, searching, and retrieving documents.

  • Develop secure user authentication, role-based access controls, and document permissions.

  • Implement document version control, activity logs, audit trails, and document history.

  • Develop document categorisation, metadata management, advanced search, and filtering functionality.

  • Build secure document storage, backup, recovery, and data protection features.

  • Integrate AI capabilities where appropriate, including intelligent document classification, information extraction, document summarisation, and AI-powered search.

  • Develop and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end services, databases, and APIs.

  • Ensure the system is reliable, responsive, secure, and scalable.

  • Test, debug, deploy, and maintain the completed system.

  • Work with management to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.

  • Provide technical documentation and ongoing support for the developed system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional full-stack software development experience.

  • Proven experience building and delivering web applications or business software systems.

  • Practical experience using AI development tools and integrating AI APIs into software applications.

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Strong back-end development skills using technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or equivalent.

  • Experience with database design and management, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

  • Experience developing APIs, integrating third-party services, and implementing authentication and access controls.

  • Understanding of secure file handling, data protection, and application security.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a project from concept to delivery.

  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and meet agreed deadlines.

  • Professional references will be required, and relevant work experience must be verifiable.
