General Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION – Accountant

• Prepare invoicing using QuickBooks accounting software.

• Manage audits and VAT filings in coordination with the audit team

• Conduct weekly follow-ups with contractors regarding all pending dues for projects.

• Review and reconcile bank statements and coordinate with K&P ME management.

• Process salaries via WPS and handle payments to employees and suppliers.

• Coordinate with local auditing firms for insurance subscriptions and income tax to ensure accuracy before submission to authorities.

• Prepare project costing and analyze discount levels.

• Maintain project contracts in compliance with their respective terms.

• Report to the Managing Director on finance and operational performance on a monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc basis, highlighting problem areas, cost reduction opportunities, and efficiency improvements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

Requirements:

• Age: 28 to 39 years old

• Proficient in QuickBooks software

• 1–4 years of experience in accounting

• Knowledge of UAE labor law and financial regulations

Salary Range: AED 4,500 – 6,500

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
