Job Summary
As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering a range of nursing services and chronic disease management within primary care. You will work closely with our GPs, and other team members to provide proactive, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities

Management of long-term conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension)

Cervical screening (smear tests)

Childhood and adult immunisations /Flu Immunisation

Wound care and dressings
-
Travel health advice and vaccinations (if trained)
Requirements
-
Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)

Previous experience in a primary care or community setting

Cervical cytology and immunisation training

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

Experience using EMIS Web
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £30.00 per hour
