Job Summary:

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to build AI-powered applications that enhance automation, content generation, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI models such as GPT, BERT, Stable Diffusion, and other transformer-based architectures.
Implement machine learning algorithms and natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text, image, and audio generation.
Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Work with large datasets to train AI models effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and services.
Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and deep learning.
Ensure AI solutions align with ethical AI principles and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on Generative AI.
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Experience working with transformer-based architectures like GPT, BERT, T5, or Stable Diffusion.
Hands-on experience in model training, fine-tuning, and inference optimization.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment.
Familiarity with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multi-modal AI (text, image, and speech processing).
Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Exposure to APIs and microservices for AI model integration.
Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
