Generative AI Engineer (4-5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in generative AI technologies, such as large language models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformer-based architectures. This role involves working on cutting-edge AI applications to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development and Deployment:

  Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs) for tasks such as text generation, image synthesis, or conversational AI.

• Data Preparation:

  Preprocess and manage large datasets for training models, including data augmentation and synthetic data generation.

• Algorithm Optimization:

  Optimize model performance for scalability and efficiency using advanced machine learning techniques.

• Integration and Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems and products.

• Prototyping and Testing:

  Build prototypes to test new ideas or applications of generative AI technologies.

• Research and Innovation:

  Stay updated on advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques to enhance existing systems.

• Ethical AI Practices:

  Ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with ethical standards in all AI development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), GANs, VAEs, or similar generative models.

• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant) for efficient data retrieval.

• Knowledge of NLP techniques for tasks like text summarization, question answering, or sentiment analysis.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
