Nebulai places GenAI engineers with client teams who need production apps: solid prompts and system design, RAG that retrieves the right stuff, tool-calling agents, eval harnesses, and safe rollout. The goal is better knowledge work, ops, and internal automation—not another prototype that stalls in a lab.

What we’re looking for

- Real experience with LLM APIs and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)

- Strong Python and comfort building APIs/services

- Hands-on RAG: embeddings, chunking, retrieval quality, grounding

- Instinct for evals, latency/cost tradeoffs, and how these systems fail

Even better if you’ve

- Fine-tuned models or done preference optimization

- Worked with agent frameworks and orchestration

- Partnered with product/design on AI UX
