We're looking for an experienced Global Cybersecurity & Data Protection Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Operations team in Hannover, Germany.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions are compliant with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), data protection regulations, and other global standards and regulations. As a key expert, you will create a cybersecurity management system and work closely with many different stakeholders, e.g., customers, suppliers, business areas, and IT.
Cybersecurity:

Develop and maintain all components of a Cybersecurity Management System, including regular Management Reviews and Key Performance Indicator reporting

Serve as the Product Cybersecurity Officer for digital solutions, with primary accountability for ensuring the security posture of our solutions and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements

Oversee supplier releases in the area of responsibility and conduct comprehensive monitoring of all suppliers engaged in Digital Solutions cybersecurity initiatives

Maintain ownership and control of Supplier Releases and New Application Releases with respect to cybersecurity compliance and risk mitigation
Data Protection:

Develop and conduct continuous review and updates of all requisite Data Protection requirements to ensure sustained compliance with applicable regulations (including GDPR) within the designated area of responsibility

Verify that all products, processes, and systems meet established data protection requirements

Coordinate data protection compliance alignment across regional operations, IT infrastructure, and Product Management functions

Extended years of professional experience in quality management, cybersecurity, or data protection roles, with demonstrated expertise in establishing and maintaining management systems

Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, GDPR, CRA, and other relevant standards and regulatory requirements

Proven project management experience with demonstrated leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

Ability to communicate technical security concepts with precision and clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences

Professional integrity and proven effectiveness in cross-functional team environments

Demonstrated experience operating in agile, international organizational structures

Proven accountability for independently driving strategic initiatives to completion

Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
