Global Product Manager – M&J Valves

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Global Product Manager – M&J Valves to drive the strategy, growth, profitability, and long-term direction of the M&J Valves product line. This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for defining product strategy, shaping technology roadmaps, identifying new market opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and R&D.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirement

• Proven technical and commercial experience with isolation valve technologies in liquid pipeline applications.

Key Attributes

• Strategic product leadership experience within valves, flow control, oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies, growth plans, pricing strategies, and product roadmaps.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing product profitability and business performance.

• Ability to influence and lead across a global matrix organisation without direct authority.

• Passion for innovation, growth, and developing products that solve complex customer challenges.
