About the role
K&H Geotechnical Services is seeking motivated individuals for an immediate start as Field Technicians. While you will start on-site mastering the fundamentals of soil, aggregate and concrete testing, sampling, and quality control, this position features a structured pathway to step up into Management role and transition into executing complex Engineering Projects as you grow with the business.
Key responsibilities

Conducting field testing and sampling of fresh concrete, soils and aggregates

Performing general laboratory testing techniques, including coring and stripping of samples

Completing accurate daily technical logs and test reports

Ensuring proficient use and care of testing equipment and systems

Strictly upholding safety, quality, and environmental site policies
About you
-
A Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) is highly desirable, OR equivalent proven experience in materials testing

A current Australian Driver's License and a valid Construction White Card
-
Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

Strong engineering numeracy, sharp analytical skills, and excellent written/verbal communication

A strong work ethic, personal maturity, and the drive to eventually manage teams and projects
