Job description
Our client is seeking applicants for the role of an Engineer - Electrical. This role would be well suited to a recent graduate looking to develop their skills and build a career in Engineering.
You will play a key support role assisting the Project Engineers and Project Managers to ensure the smooth and safe operation of a major infrastructure project on the Central Coast.
The role is a contract role through Complete Staff Solutions working with one of our trusted clients.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Construction and Project teams with day-to-day site operations

Support the Senior Construction Manager in resolving site issues and troubleshooting challenges

Coordinate contractor activities and monitor adherence to project schedules

Ensure all workers and visitors comply with site entry and induction requirements

Assist with the management and maintenance of project documentation and schedules

Attend contractor and site meetings, supporting effective communication

Promote and support strict adherence to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements

Assist the Project Team in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures

Maintain accurate records of site activities, work performed, and project progress

Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in the construction industry.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**

Currently undertaking or have completed tertiary studies in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering – Electrical Engineering)

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Hepatitis A & B immunity (recommended)
Skills & Experience:

Work exposure to the construction industry

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Well-developed communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to use relevant software and systems, including project management and scheduling tools
