About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Marketing Communications Department in Doha, the Graphic & Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-compliant creative assets across print, digital, social media, photography, videography and multimedia platforms. As a brand guardian, the role ensures all visual communications align with Mandarin Oriental brand standards while supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial performance. The Graphic & Multimedia Designer reports to the Assistant Marketing Communications Manager.

As Graphic & Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design and produce creative marketing collateral including brochures, menus, advertisements, banners, invitations and promotional materials.

• Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, website updates and email marketing initiatives.

• Support photography, videography and multimedia production, including editing, retouching, motion graphics and short-form video content.

• Collaborate with hotel departments, agencies and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative projects while maintaining Mandarin Oriental brand standards.

As Graphic & Multimedia Designer, We Expect From You

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design or creative services. Experience within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle brands or creative agencies is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects, supported by a strong professional portfolio.

• Strong creative, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

• Understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling and social media content best practices. Excellent English communication skills are essential, with Arabic being an advantage.
