Connect Events and Exhibitions | Abu Dhabi

We are looking for talented and experienced Graphic Designers / 3D Designers to join our team and work on events, exhibitions, branding, and event-related projects.

We welcome candidates who specialize in Graphic Design, 3D Design / 3D Modelling, or both.

Key Responsibilities

Create creative concepts and visual designs for events and exhibitions.
Develop event branding, layouts, presentations, and marketing materials.
Prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork for production.
Develop 3D models, 3D concepts, renders, and visualizations for exhibition stands, event spaces, and interior/event environments.
Translate client requirements and concepts into professional visual presentations.
Prepare designs and artwork according to production and fabrication requirements.
Coordinate with project, production, and technical teams to ensure designs can be accurately executed.
Revise designs based on client and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Candidate Profiles

Graphic Designer

Strong experience in graphic design, preferably within the events, exhibitions, branding, or printing industry.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of branding, layouts, typography, artwork preparation, and print production.

3D Designer / 3D Modeller

Strong experience in 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization.
Experience designing exhibition stands, event spaces, booths, interiors, or temporary structures is highly preferred.
Proficiency in relevant 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, or similar.
Strong understanding of materials, dimensions, finishes, and practical fabrication requirements.

Important

Candidates with either strong Graphic Design experience OR strong 3D Design / 3D Modelling experience are welcome to apply.

Candidates with both Graphic Design and 3D Design skills are highly preferred.

Experience in the events and exhibitions industry is a strong advantage.

Requirements

Relevant degree, diploma, or professional experience in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
UAE experience is preferred.
Candidates must be currently in the UAE and able to commute to Abu Dhabi.
