Role Description

The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, creating visual assets that support Aber Real Estate’s brand and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing digital and print materials such as property brochures, social media graphics, presentations, signage, and promotional campaigns. The role involves developing and refining brand visuals, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring consistency across all design outputs. The Graphic Designer will prepare production-ready files, manage multiple design projects, and adapt concepts based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print channels.

• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and readability.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) and familiarity with basic motion or video tools is beneficial.

• Relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or property marketing is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing previous design work.

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
