Position Overview

Alpha Auto LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally proficient Assistant Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing and communication activities.

The ideal candidate will have a good eye for visual design, a strong interest in social media, and the ability to create engaging digital content that reflects the company’s brand identity. This role is suitable for a junior-level candidate who is creative, proactive, and eager to develop their skills in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating professional and engaging digital and print marketing materials, including social media posts, promotional graphics, advertisements, brochures, and company presentations.

• Create and adapt visual content in line with the company’s branding and communication guidelines.

• Assist in planning, preparing, and publishing content across relevant social media platforms.

• Develop engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.

• Support the creation of photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Edit and resize images, videos, and other visual assets for different platforms and formats.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital communication channels.

• Assist with developing monthly social media content calendars and scheduling posts.

• Monitor social media platforms and assist with responding to comments and messages professionally.

• Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports on engagement and content performance.

• Research current social media trends, relevant content ideas, and competitor activity.

• Collaborate with management and other departments to understand promotional requirements and deliver content within deadlines.

• Maintain an organized library of design files, images, videos, and marketing materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in graphic design, social media, or digital content creation is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and junior candidates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

• Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital content trends.

• Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.

• Ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• A portfolio or examples of previous design/content work will be considered an advantage.
