Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Graphic Designer and Digital Printing Machine Operator. The role involves designing visual materials such as logos, branding assets, marketing collateral, and layouts aligned with client specifications and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing print-ready files, operating digital printing machines, monitoring print quality, and managing color calibration and material selection. The role also requires coordinating with clients and internal teams to refine design concepts, ensure timely delivery, and maintain organized digital and physical archives of design and print projects. The position may involve basic equipment maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards in the print production area.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create effective visual concepts for print and digital media.

• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing brand identities and consistent visual systems.

• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.

• Experience operating digital printing machines, including file preparation, color management, and print finishing techniques.

• Competence in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).

• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members in a professional manner.

• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
