Job Summary

We are looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our growing team. If you can transform ideas into eye-catching designs, capture properties through stunning photography, and create engaging visual content for digital platforms, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

• Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, property advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.

• Develop creative marketing materials that align with Levels Real Estate’s brand identity.

• Design engaging content for digital campaigns, property launches, and company announcements.

• Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, layouts, and visual standards.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.

Photography & Videography

• Conduct professional photography sessions for residential and commercial properties.

• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, architectural, and lifestyle images that highlight each property's best features.

• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media platforms.

• Assist in creating engaging video tours and visual presentations of property listings.

• Ensure all photos and videos are professionally edited, polished, and ready for publication.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality, consistent results.

• Stay updated on design trends, photography techniques, social media formats, and real estate marketing innovations.

• Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs, videos, design files, and marketing assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, photography, or a combined creative role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, property photography, and visual content creation skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with InDesign is an advantage.

• Experience with Lightroom or similar photo-editing software.

• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software are an advantage.

• Good understanding of social media content formats, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.

• Knowledge of real estate photography, interior photography, and property presentation is an advantage.

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Professional attitude, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• A valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred for attending property shoots and on-site assignments.
