Graphic Designer & Video Editor

H&S Real Estate is seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create compelling visual content for our real-estate brokerage. The role combines graphic design, video editing and practical AI-assisted production to support property marketing, brand communications and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social-media posts, carousels, advertising creatives and campaign assets that maintain brand consistency.

• Create brochures, presentations and print-ready marketing materials.

• Edit, retouch and composite images with attention to typography, layout, color and composition.

• Edit reels, short-form advertisements, property walkthroughs, interviews and promotional videos.

• Refine pacing, storytelling, captions, audio and color; incorporate basic motion graphics and prepare platform-specific exports.

• Use AI tools where they improve production quality or efficiency, reviewing and correcting outputs before delivery.

• Ensure property content accurately reflects actual architecture and approved information, including amenities, views, prices and availability.

• Manage revisions and deliver organized, editable source files for efficient handoff.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently living or working in Dubai, UAE.

• At least four years of relevant experience across graphic design, video editing, motion graphics or related creative production, with demonstrated capability in both graphic design and video editing.

• A portfolio showing strong design fundamentals and polished video work.

• Proficiency in relevant design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency in relevant video software, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or equivalent tools.

• Practical experience using AI-assisted design or video workflows, including selecting appropriate tools, prompting, refining outputs and integrating them into finished content.

• Strong attention to detail, file organization and the ability to incorporate feedback and learn emerging tools.

Experience may span both disciplines; four separate years in each are not required. Familiarity with every listed software or AI product is not required.

• Real-estate brokerage or property marketing.

• Developers, architecture, interiors or hospitality.

• Luxury brands or premium consumer campaigns.
