Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Videographer & Video Editor to produce professional property videos and engaging brand content. You will work under creative direction while independently planning shoots and delivering polished work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and film property tours, interior and exterior footage, agent-led videos, social media content, and company events.

• Develop shot lists and coordinate filming schedules.

• Edit videos with professional colour grading, audio, subtitles, and motion graphics.

• Adapt content for social media, property listings, websites, and campaigns.

• Organise project files and maintain company equipment.

Requirements

• Proven filming and editing experience; real estate experience is preferred.

• Strong composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

• Ability to follow creative direction, plan independently, and meet deadlines.

• Reliable transportation is required.

• Experience with AI tools for video creation and editing is a plus.

• Cameras and lenses are supplied by the company.
