Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to create highly professional marketing creatives and brand visuals. You will work under creative direction while independently developing concepts and delivering polished designs.

Responsibilities

Design property advertisements, social media creatives, campaign visuals, brochures, presentations, and banners.

Translate briefs into clear, visually compelling designs.

Maintain consistent branding, typography, layout, and visual quality.

Collaborate with the marketing, photography, and video teams.

Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and print.

Manage revisions, organise files, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Proven graphic design experience with a strong professional portfolio.

Excellent typography, composition, layout, and image treatment skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; After Effects is a plus.

Ability to follow creative direction and independently deliver work.

Real estate marketing experience is preferred.

Experience with AI tools for design and visual creation is a plus.
