Graphic Designer

Marbeya United Group is looking for a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer, Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our team in Dubai.

We are looking for a candidate who can go beyond basic graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should be able to develop creative concepts, propose original ideas, create animations and motion graphics, and transform raw photos, videos, renders, and project footage into professional, high-quality visual content.

The candidate will create content across the Group’s different business activities, including luxury furniture, interior design, fit-out, construction, joinery, natural stone, projects, manufacturing, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, websites, stories, carousels, campaigns, and other digital platforms.

• Create and edit Reels, project videos, product videos, corporate videos, factory videos, before/after videos, promotional campaigns, and brand content.

• Develop creative video concepts from idea to final execution, rather than simply editing provided footage.

• Create motion graphics, animations, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and creative compositions.

• Transform photos, renders, drawings, and static visuals into engaging animated videos.

• Create creative presentations of projects, products, materials, craftsmanship, manufacturing processes, and company capabilities.

• Handle professional color correction, color grading, sound design, music, pacing, and transitions.

• Design company profiles, catalogues, brochures, presentations, flyers, advertisements, invitations, and other corporate materials.

• Professionally edit and retouch project, product, interior, architectural, and material photography.

• Develop creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, project showcases, product launches, and corporate communication.

• Coordinate with photographers and videographers and provide creative direction when required.

• Maintain a consistent and premium brand identity across all Marbeya United Group companies.

• Adapt designs and videos into the required formats and dimensions for different platforms.

• Stay updated with current graphic design, video, animation, AI, and social media trends.

• Proactively propose new content ideas and creative approaches rather than waiting only for instructions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver according to agreed deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong professional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is required. Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and AI creative/video tools is an advantage.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual storytelling, luxury aesthetics, social media advertising, video editing, animation, and corporate communication.

Experience in interior design, furniture, architecture, construction, real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands is highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is creative and proactive, not simply an operator who waits for instructions.

The candidate should be able to receive raw footage, photographs, renders, or information about a project and independently propose:

“How can we present this in a more creative and engaging way?”

They should be capable of turning an idea into a complete piece of content using graphic design, video editing, animation, motion graphics, music, typography, and visual storytelling.

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio and video showreel are mandatory.
