About the Role

Takara Hospitality Group (THG) is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that represents THG and its restaurant brands across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and visually appealing designs for THG and its restaurant brands.

• Develop social media designs, campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and marketing materials.

• Design menus, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other brand materials.

• Develop visual concepts based on marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Social Media, and Operations teams.

• Ensure consistency across all brand visual communications.

• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.

• Support photography and content creation when required.

• Stay updated with current design, social media, and hospitality industry trends.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and professional design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience with Canva and other design tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and branding.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms.

• Good understanding of branding and marketing concepts.

• Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry is highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• تصميم محتوى إبداعي وجذاب لمجموعة THG والعلامات التجارية التابعة لها.

• تصميم محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والحملات والإعلانات والعروض الترويجية.

• تصميم القوائم، البوسترات، المنشورات، البروشورات، العروض التقديمية وغيرها من المواد التسويقية.

• تطوير أفكار وتصاميم بصرية تتناسب مع الحملات التسويقية وهوية العلامة التجارية.

• التعاون مع فرق التسويق والتواصل الاجتماعي والعمليات.

• المحافظة على توحيد الهوية البصرية لجميع العلامات التجارية.

• تجهيز وتعديل التصاميم بما يتناسب مع مختلف المنصات والمقاسات.

• دعم فريق المحتوى والتصوير عند الحاجة.

• متابعة أحدث توجهات التصميم والتسويق وقطاع المطاعم والضيافة.

• إدارة عدة مشاريع تصميم والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

المتطلبات

• بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في التصميم الجرافيكي أو التصميم البصري أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي.

• وجود Portfolio قوي يعكس المهارات والإبداع في التصميم.

• إجادة استخدام Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وInDesign.

• إجادة استخدام Canva تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• معرفة قوية بأساسيات الألوان، الخطوط، التكوين والهوية البصرية.

• خبرة في تصميم محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

• فهم جيد لمفاهيم التسويق وبناء الهوية التجارية.

• الخبرة في قطاع المطاعم أو الأغذية والمشروبات أو الضيافة تعتبر أفضلية قوية.

• دقة عالية والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد.

• مهارات جيدة في التواصل والعمل ضمن فريق.

الراتب المدفوع: ﷼٦٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر
