Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

  • 3 years managing and developing consumer-facing mobile or AI-driven UX products.

  • Experience leading Product Management (PM) teams (e.g., people management).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.

  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.

  • Experience building products that are focused on consumer behavior, audio design, and conversational user interfaces.

  • Experience balancing consumer reach with infrastructure constraints (e.g., cost, latency, and model optimization).

  • Familiarity with modern machine learning, audio models (ASR, text-to-speech), LLMs, and foundational models (such as Gemini).

US: $240000 - $333000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Lead the end-to-end product goal, streamlining and integration of Search microphones and Search Live into a cohesive, simplified consumer experience within main Search.

  • Evolve the Voice Search stack away from legacy auto-endpointing to support natural, long-form queries, multimodal inputs, and advanced multilingual capabilities powered by Gemini models.

  • Scale Search Live to deliver deep, natural, proactive voice conversations and educational use cases backed by on-screen visuals.

  • Partner closely with Gemini research and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge AI breakthroughs into production-grade consumer features while balancing scale, cost, and latency.
