As a Senior Product Associate in Personal Finance Management Growth Product Team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value across there Credit, Saving and personal finance journey. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Builds a portfolio of experiments and new features around the building Credit, Saving and traditional banking experience the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Collaborate with Growth Marketing to enable deeper product marketing integration
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Experience using Jira, AWS, Microsoft Office, and Confluence

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Track record of delivering impact through data-driven experimentation and strategic bets

Deep understanding of financial products and customer needs across banking segments

Prior experience in scaling technology including API capabilities and integrations to UX
