  • Monitor patient care before, during, and after specialized extracorporeal treatments.

  • Work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

  • Ensure appropriate clinical handovers and communication.

  • Participate in incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality-improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.

Preferred Clinical Background

  • Strong ICU nursing experience.

  • Experience in dialysis, nephrology, apheresis, hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, toxopheresis, or extracorporeal blood purification is highly advantageous.

  • Experience caring for medically complex patients.

  • Strong knowledge of patient monitoring, vascular access, infection control, emergency response, and clinical documentation.

  • Experience with specialized extracorporeal treatment equipment is an advantage.

Leadership & Regulatory Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in a Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Senior Nurse, or Nurse Supervisor role.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Confident in developing and enforcing nursing policies and procedures.

  • Experienced with DHA regulatory requirements and healthcare documentation.

  • Comfortable preparing for and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
