Role Description
The Healthcare Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-based healthcare technology projects, ensuring successful implementation of Ntigra’s solutions for provider organizations. This full-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, product, operations, and client stakeholders), and tracking progress against scope, budget, and quality goals. The Healthcare Project Manager will lead requirements gathering, document workflows, and support solution configuration and testing to align with client needs. The role also involves risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, training and change management support, and continuous process improvement to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and coordination of cross-functional teams.

Experience in healthcare operations, RCM processes, or EMR/RCM systems, with the ability to understand clinical and administrative workflows.

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate meetings, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including monitoring KPIs, analyzing project performance, and reporting outcomes.

Familiarity with AI, automation, or software implementation projects, preferably within healthcare or related regulated environments.

Proficiency with standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, waterfall, project tracking software).

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Dubai, collaborating in person and remotely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
