JOB DESCRIPTION - HOMECARE NURSE (DOH Licensed)

Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE

License Requirement: DOH License / DOH Passer Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring Licensed Homecare Nurses for our Homecare Division in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Candidates must hold a valid DOH License or DOH Passer certificate. Freshers in UAE with DOH license are welcome to apply.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: BSc Nursing / GNM / Diploma in Nursing

• License: Valid DOH License or DOH Passer (HAAD)

• Experience: Minimum 1 Year of clinical experience. UAE Fresher with DOH can apply.(DHA who is ready to convert for Doh can apply)

• Dataflow: Completed or In-progress preferred

• Currently in UAE for interview - Preferred (Candidates outside UAE with DOH Passer can also apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes as per individualized care plan.

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, injections, IV infusion as prescribed.

• Assist with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), wound care, bed sore management, catheterization, Ryles tube feeding.

• Handle pediatric, geriatric, post-surgical, and chronic illness cases.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, progress notes, and incident reports.

• Educate patients and family members on health care and preventive measures.

• Coordinate with Doctors, Physiotherapists, and Homecare Coordinators.

• Adhere to DOH, infection control, and patient safety standards.

• Emergency handling and timely reporting to the supervisor.

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical knowledge in Homecare / Medical-Surgical

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach

• Good communication in English

• Ability to work independently in a home setting
