As a Data Analyst at VZ, within the HR Technology & Insights team, you are the codebreaker of our HR data. You turn numbers into insights that colleagues can rely on. You create smart dashboards and reports (for example in Qlik) that are not only accurate, but also logical and easy to use. From standard reporting to ad hoc requests, you drive automation so that colleagues can increasingly work with data independently. You work with clean, reliable datasets and help ensure we continue to comply with privacy regulations. In short: you make data not an end in itself, but a springboard for better decisions.
