HSE Project Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, HSE, or relevant discipline.

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent advanced HSE qualification preferred.

• Minimum 15–20 years of relevant HSE experience.

• Proven experience as HSE Manager/Project HSE Manager on major construction projects.

• Mandatory Data Centre project experience.

• Strong experience managing HSE teams on large-scale, fast-track construction projects.

• Knowledge of international HSE standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall HSE function for the project.

• Develop and implement the project HSE Management Plan.

• Establish HSE objectives, procedures, KPIs, and monitoring systems.

• Manage and supervise the HSE team and site safety activities.

• Ensure compliance with client, statutory, and project-specific HSE requirements.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and management reviews.

• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate controls.

• Lead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actions.

• Liaise with client, consultant, contractors, and senior management.

• Prepare HSE performance reports and recommend improvement measures.

• Promote a strong safety culture across the project workforce.
