Job Summary

We are looking for a

hands-on Software Engineer with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

to build and maintain software solutions supporting enterprise identity platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a

strong software engineering background with recent hands-on coding experience

and familiarity with IAM, authentication, authorization, and identity platforms.

This role is

software-development focused

, with IAM being the business/technical domain.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of professional

software development/engineering experience
Strong hands-on coding experience in

Java, Python, Go, C#, or similar languages
Recent experience

writing production code

, not only architecture or design
Strong experience developing

REST APIs and backend services
Experience with

microservices and distributed applications
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development
Experience working with databases and SQL
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience integrating applications with

IAM/identity systems
Understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Experience with one or more IAM/identity platforms such as

Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD

, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop production-quality software for identity platforms.
Build REST APIs and backend services supporting identity workflows.
Develop integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications.
Automate identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access workflows.
Develop scalable and reliable identity-related services.
Troubleshoot and debug production software.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Build automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
Work with security and infrastructure teams to implement identity solutions.
Contribute to architecture, but remain

hands-on with coding and implementation
