Job description

  • Administer critical medications and titrate vasoactive drips, meticulously monitoring patient responses and adjusting dosages for optimal hemodynamic stability.

  • Perform advanced respiratory support, including mechanical ventilation management, weaning protocols, and airway clearance techniques, ensuring adequate oxygenation and ventilation.

  • Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments, recognizing and responding promptly to changes in mental status, motor function, and sensory deficits.

  • Manage complex wound care and ostomy management for critically ill patients, preventing infection and promoting healing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

  • Hold current RN licensure in the state of practice.

  • Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

  • Have at least 2-3 years of direct experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
