Role Description
The Infant Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar. The Infant Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for infants, supporting their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Daily tasks include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, observing and documenting developmental milestones, and maintaining clean, organized, and engaging classroom spaces. The role involves ongoing communication with families about infant progress and needs, collaborating with colleagues and leadership on curriculum implementation, and adhering to Ta’allum Group’s policies and health and safety standards. The Infant Teacher is expected to contribute positively to the school culture and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge and practical experience in Early Childhood Development and Child Development, particularly for infants.

Demonstrated ability in Teaching and Curriculum Development for early years or nursery settings.

Effective Communication skills for interacting with infants, families, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.

Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a closely related field.

Experience working in infant or nursery classrooms, preferably within an international or bilingual school context.

Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment, with strong classroom management and caregiving skills.
