  1. About the Opportunity:

The Information Security Engineer serves as a trusted security advisor and technical resource supporting regional operations and acquired entities within the Care Delivery West Region. This role is responsible for assessing and mitigating security risks, coordinating incident response, implementing security controls, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. The position significantly contributes to enhancing the overall security posture and supports business operations and integration initiatives.

  1. Responsibilities:

• Advise regional operations and acquired entities on security aligning with enterprise standards and regulations

• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability management, and system evaluations

• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, application owners, and compliance teams to implement security measures

• Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation for security events

• Operate enterprise security tools including Splunk, Tanium, ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Security tools

• Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to automate and streamline security workflows

• Evaluate emerging AI and security technologies to inform innovation and automation

• Design and deploy AI-powered security automations to address cybersecurity challenges

• Maintain security documentation, operational guidelines, and compliance tracking

  1. Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum 3 years in information security engineering, cybersecurity operations, or security risk advisory

• At least 2 years experience in vulnerability management, risk remediation, or incident response coordination

• Minimum 2 years using automated or AI-assisted security tools

• At least 2 years working with enterprise infrastructure and security controls in healthcare environments

• Minimum 1 year experience with enterprise security platforms such as Splunk, Tanium, ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender, or Azure Security

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate security risks

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in related fields, industry-recognized security certifications, and hands-on experience with AI/ML models and scripting for security automation.

  1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment

• Compensation varies based on local labor market, education, experience, and certifications
