Information Security Engineer IV

Location:

Cincinnati, OH (Remote)

Duration: 6 Months – Possible Extension

Pay Rate: $75/hr on W2

The Code Security Engineer is responsible for the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's code security capabilities, including Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Software Composition Analysis (SCA), and API Security platforms. This role supports security tooling operations, runtime monitoring, developer enablement, and end-user support while partnering with engineering teams to develop integrations, automation, reporting, and processes that improve security visibility and operational efficiency across the software development lifecycle.

Must Have:

Strong experience with API Security, SAST, and SCA

Hands-on experience with JavaScript/Node.js and Python

Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
Experience administering and troubleshooting security scanning and monitoring platforms.
Experience developing automation, integrations, and security tooling

.
Knowledge of SSDLC, Application Security, CI/CD, API Gateways, and DevOps practices.
Ability to analyze security findings and work with development teams on vulnerability remediation.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills.

Preferred:

AWS experience.
Power BI and Windows Server experience.
Unit testing and data-processing/automation scripting experience.
Experience integrating security tools with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise platforms.

Additional:

Must be available for scheduled on-call support
