Job description
Oneida Network Infrastructure (ONI) specializes in the design and architecture, implementation, and ongoing support for wired and wireless networks, data center and cloud migrations, and telecommunications. Our expertise includes advanced integrations of disparate systems and ensuring system security is at the forefront. We are currently seeking an Intermediate Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support a contract at The National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH
Position Summary
The Information System Security Officer (ISSO) supports the ISSM in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls for government information systems. The ISSO monitors security compliance, executes vulnerability management activities, maintains security documentation, and performs continuous monitoring and auditing of assigned systems. ISSO functions are commonly associated with system-level security oversight and compliance support activities.
Duties and Responsibilities

Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with RMF requirements.

Perform security scans and vulnerability assessments.

Review and analyze security alerts and system logs.

Maintain cybersecurity documentation and artifacts.

Support annual security reviews and continuous monitoring activities.

Track vulnerabilities and corrective actions.

Assist in incident response and reporting activities.

Coordinate security compliance activities with system owners and administrators.

Support security control assessments and audits.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, IT, or related discipline.

3 to 5 years of cybersecurity or information assurance experience.

Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIG implementation.

Secret clearance

DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
