Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Computer Science graduate with a Master's degree

who is interested in building a career in IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with little to no professional experience to work alongside experienced infrastructure professionals and gain hands-on exposure to modern enterprise technologies.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and has a foundational understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and monitoring activities.

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and technology rollouts.

• Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides.

• Support infrastructure automation and operational excellence initiatives.

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business users.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Recent graduate or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong desire to learn and build a career in enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of one or more of the following:

• Windows and Linux operating systems

• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

• Active Directory and Identity Management

• Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

• Infrastructure monitoring and management tools

• Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)

• PowerShell, Python, or basic automation scripting

• Relevant academic projects, internships, certifications, or coursework related to infrastructure and cloud technologies.
