Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Computer Science graduate with a Master's degree
who is interested in building a career in IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology Operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with little to no professional experience to work alongside experienced infrastructure professionals and gain hands-on exposure to modern enterprise technologies.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, possesses strong communication skills, and has a foundational understanding of infrastructure technologies, cloud platforms, networking, and systems administration.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations and monitoring activities.

Assist with the administration and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and technology rollouts.

Monitor system performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guides.

Support infrastructure automation and operational excellence initiatives.

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business users.
Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Recent graduate or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of one or more of the following:

Windows and Linux operating systems

Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Infrastructure monitoring and management tools

PowerShell, Python, or basic automation scripting

Relevant academic projects, internships, certifications, or coursework related to infrastructure and cloud technologies.
