• Maintain secure and scalable cloud services using platform-appropriate governance, RBAC, storage, networking, monitoring, and security services across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions to improve reliability and speed of deployment.

• Contribute to cloud modernization, migration, and integration efforts across multi-cloud and enterprise platform environments.

• Monitor cloud usage, performance, and capacity trends; recommend practical improvements for cost optimization and reliability.

Automation & Operational Excellence

• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure automation services, and related technologies.

• Identify repeatable operational tasks and develop automation or self-service improvements to reduce manual effort.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate incidents, and contribute to improvements in observability, reliability, disaster recovery, and resiliency.

• Participate in technical reviews, document procedures, and provide recommendations for assigned infrastructure initiatives.

Security & Compliance

• Collaborate with Cyber Security teams on cloud security, identity security, monitoring, and compliance initiatives.

• Support auditing, governance, and regulatory compliance activities by maintaining documentation, evidence, and platform controls.

• Ensure secure deployment of AI and cloud technologies through appropriate controls and standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or related technology roles.

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, and access control processes.

• Hands-on experience with cloud administration and engineering across Azure, AWS, GCP, or comparable enterprise cloud platforms.

• Experience developing scripts or automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure automation services, or comparable tools.

• Working knowledge of RBAC, cloud security controls, monitoring, and compliance practices in enterprise environments.

• Solid understanding of enterprise networking, authentication, cloud architecture principles, troubleshooting, and operational support.
