تعلن Trend Interior Design عن توفر شاغر مصممة داخلية للانضمام إلى فريقنا، ونبحث عن مصممة مبدعة وذات حس فني عالٍ، تمتلك خبرة عملية داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وقدرة على تطوير التصاميم من الفكرة وحتى مراحل التنفيذ.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تطوير أفكار ومفاهيم التصميم الداخلي بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العميل وهوية المشروع.

• إعداد المخططات والتصاميم التفصيلية والتصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد.

• إعداد الـ Mood Boards والـ Material Boards وعروض التصميم للعملاء.

• اختيار وتنسيق الألوان والخامات والأثاث والإضاءة والتشطيبات.

• التواصل مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول تصميمية إبداعية وعملية.

• إعداد ومراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية والتأكد من مطابقتها للتصميم المعتمد.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين وفريق التنفيذ لضمان تطبيق التصميم بالشكل الصحيح.

• متابعة المشاريع وزيارات المواقع عند الحاجة.

• إجراء التعديلات والتطويرات المطلوبة على التصاميم بناءً على ملاحظات العملاء.

• الالتزام بمواعيد تسليم المشاريع ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة لدى الشركة.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات:

• خبرة عملية من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التصميم الداخلي داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

• يشترط أن تكون الخبرة السابقة داخل الإمارات، ويفضل أن تكون في شركات تصميم داخلي أو ديكور أو شركات متخصصة في تنفيذ المشاريع.

• درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو تخصص ذي صلة.

• إجادة استخدام برامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape أو ما يعادلها.

• القدرة على إعداد التصاميم ثلاثية الأبعاد والإخراج البصري بشكل احترافي.

• معرفة جيدة بالخامات والتشطيبات والأثاث وتفاصيل التنفيذ.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء.

• القدرة على إدارة المهام والمشاريع والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

• حس إبداعي قوي واهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

ملاحظة مهمة:

Interior Designer

Trend Interior Design is looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and proven professional experience within the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project identity.

• Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• Create mood boards, material boards, and professional design presentations.

• Select and coordinate colors, materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories.

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide creative and practical design solutions.

• Prepare and review technical and execution drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the execution team to ensure proper implementation of the approved designs.

• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required.

• Make design revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and according to the company's quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Interior Design within the United Arab Emirates only.

• UAE-based experience is mandatory. Candidates whose relevant experience is outside the UAE will not be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar programs.

• Strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and design presentation.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and execution details.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Strong creative sense and excellent attention to detail.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
