Interior Designer / Architect

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer / Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in producing detailed architectural/interior drawings, site coordination, and preparing accurate project quotations.

Key Responsibilities

Drawing & Design: Prepare 2D layout plans, elevation drawings, section details, and 3D visual models/renderings for residential and commercial projects.
Estimation & Quotation: Prepare accurate project cost estimations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and formal client quotations/proposals.
Material Selection: Research and select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, and fixtures according to design requirements and budgets.
Site Coordination: Assist with site visits, measure existing spaces, and coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure execution aligns with drawings.
Client Interaction: Support lead designers in presenting design concepts and quotation walkthroughs to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in an architectural or interior design firm.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
3ds Max / SketchUp / Revit
Rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape)
MS Excel / Word (for quotation preparation)
Skills:
Strong understanding of space planning, working drawings, and material costs.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail in both visual design and numerical estimations.
