Interior Designer / Architect

Job Summary

WEFIT Contracting and Maintenance LLC is looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design concepts, developing layouts, creating 2D drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating with clients and site teams for villa renovations, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and interior fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, space planning, material selection, and renovation requirements, along with the ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical, attractive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior design concepts for villas, kitchens, bathrooms, and residential fit-out projects.

• Develop 2D floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare 3D models, realistic renders, and visual presentations for clients.

• Conduct site visits and take measurements of existing spaces.

• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.

• Suggest suitable layouts, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and color schemes.

• Prepare design proposals and presentations to support quotations and project approvals.

• Coordinate with MEP engineers, site supervisors, carpenters, and other teams to ensure design feasibility.

• Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and site conditions.

• Prepare material selections and assist with quantity take-offs when required.

• Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements and applicable UAE regulations.

• Support the sales team with design concepts and presentations for new client inquiries.

• Follow up on design approvals and coordinate with the execution team during project implementation.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Previous experience in interior design, architectural design, renovation, or fit-out projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Experience with 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of kitchen layouts, bathroom designs, villa renovations, and interior finishes.

• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and construction drawings.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.

• UAE experience in renovation or fit-out projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is creative, practical, organized, and confident in dealing with clients. The candidate should be capable of preparing professional design presentations that help clients visualize their projects and support the company in converting inquiries into confirmed jobs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
