Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design & Concept Development

• Develop interior design concepts and design schemes for residential villas and related development projects.

• Translate project briefs, client requirements, and development standards into functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces.

• Prepare mood boards, material boards, color palettes, furniture layouts, and design presentations.

• Ensure consistency in design language across individual villas and wider residential developments.

Design Documentation

• Prepare and review interior design drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Develop and maintain interior design specifications and finish schedules.

• Prepare material and furniture specifications, including finishes, fixtures, fittings, lighting, and decorative elements.

• Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with approved designs.

• Coordinate design changes and ensure updated documentation is issued to relevant stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all interior designs comply with applicable building regulations, project requirements, company standards, and approved design guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of design quality and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify potential design, material, or constructability issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Support value-engineering exercises while maintaining the intended design quality and project vision.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in

  Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture

  , or a related field.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience

  in interior design, preferably within real estate development, residential projects, or luxury villa developments.
