Interior Designer – Fit-Out

We are a leading Interior and Fit-Out company delivering luxury turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. We are seeking a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and contribute to high-end interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare technical drawings, detailed layouts, material schedules, and BOQs for joinery and fit-out works.

• Develop design concepts and ensure they meet project requirements and client expectations.

• Coordinate with production teams, joinery workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Conduct site visits, take accurate site measurements, and monitor design implementation.

• Review shop drawings and coordinate with site and technical teams to resolve design and technical issues.

• Source and select suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and hardware.

• Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and relevant authority requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and project teams regarding design changes and requirements.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely project updates.

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and fit-out techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects is mandatory.

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is an added advantage.

• Strong technical drawing, detailing, and space-planning skills.

• Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials, joinery processes, and construction methods.

• Familiarity with UAE authority standards and requirements, including Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
