Interior Designer

Fixen Technical Services L.L.C. is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, and space planning, with the ability to develop concepts and transform them into practical, high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

• Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

• Develop detailed design proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.

• Prepare furniture layouts, material selections, finishes, and color schemes.

• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.

• Conduct site visits and ensure designs are practical and aligned with site conditions.

• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for execution.

• Review shop drawings and coordinate design requirements with the site team.

• Assist in material selection and provide design recommendations.

• Ensure projects meet required quality, design, and finishing standards.

• Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Monitor design implementation and provide technical support during execution.

• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, or construction.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or other relevant design software.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.

• Strong space-planning and visualization skills.

• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• UAE experience is preferred.
